1. Company & Club Setup
We will set up your company and club(s) in Nettla and guide you through the process of adding relevant details and configuring your settings.
2. Online Payments Setup
You will connect or create a Stripe account inside Nettla. The onboarding process is straightforward and typically takes around 15 minutes to complete.
3. Schedule: Blocking & Opening
• Block your schedule in your previous provider from the agreed migration date.
• Open your schedule in Nettla from the same date.
🚀 This will be the first day your bookings go live in Nettla!
4. Informing Your Players
Work with Nettla to communicate the transition to your players. Since all player data is already imported, they only need to:
1️⃣ Click the App Store / Google Play link
2️⃣ Download the Nettla mobile app
3️⃣ Continue with email/apple/google
4️⃣ The player arrives to your club home screen
👉 Players can log in via Apple or Google for a quick seamless experience.
5. Onboarding & Support
We ensure a smooth and hassle-free transition to Nettla. As the most user-friendly operating system on the market, you’ll find that the need for support is minimal. However, if assistance is required, our team is available via multiple support channels.
