For a player to appear in your Player List in the Admin Portal, one of the following must happen:
The player was included in a migration file that Nettla imported for your club.
The player made a booking and/or purchase at your club through Nettla.
The player opened the Nettla mobile app → went to your club page → Club Information → clicked Join Club / Register.
You invited the player, and they created their account using the link they received.
When testing Nettla, option 4 is usually the fastest and simplest way to add players. Here’s how to do it:
In Club Admin, go to Players → Player List.
Click Add Player in the top-right corner.
Enter the player’s email address.
The player will receive an invitation email.
Once they click the link and create an account, they’ll automatically appear in your Player List.
