To display your coaches profile, bio, availability, and pricing inside of the Nettla mobile app, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Make sure the coach is in your player list
Ask your coach to (in correct order):
Download Nettla from App Store/Google Play and create an account
Click on the link to your Test Mobile App (provided by Nettla)
Click on Club Information (under your club name)
Scroll down and click Join club register
This ensures that the coach profile is now part of your admin player list, which means they can be added as a coach to your club.
Step 2: Add the coach to be listed in your club
Navigate to Play -> Private Coaching -> Add coach
Search for the coach through the Find Nettla user field
Upload an image to present the coach
Add a bio/background for the coach
Leave "Show online" ON
Leave "Available for private coaching" ON
Step 3: Select availability and pricing for this coach
Checkmark the days and times for this coach general availability
Insert the price for 1 player, 2 players, 3 players, 4 players
Select how long before and close to the session the coach can be booked
Select what courts this coach is eligible to coach on
👉 Click Save to confirm
Restart the Nettla mobile app in order to view the updates that you have made.
