1. Agree on Timeline and Switch Date

Establish a timeline for each step of the migration process, including the expected go-live date when bookings will become available in Nettla.

3. Importing the Player List to Nettla

Nettla will import your player data into your club in our platform. The required information may exist in one or multiple spreadsheets. Our team will ensure all data is consolidated into a single document before the import.


4. Membership Status of Current Players

Once your player list is imported, their membership type and status will be accurately reflected inside Nettla.

One-time payment memberships will remain active until their expiration date.

Auto-renewing memberships will continue until their next renewal date. On that date, the membership will become unpaid, and the player will receive a notification or email with a ‘Pay Here’ link to continue their subscription.

5. Rules, Activity Types, and Recurring Bookings

Your club likely has specific rules, settings, activity types, and recurring bookings that you’d like to transfer. Nettla makes it simple and intuitive to set these up. Our team is available to assist and help reduce your workload where needed.
